Using polarisation to make things selectively visible would be a very interesting thing to explore.

Totally agree in regards to reality—things are so much more compelling when you can see them directly, or pick them up and turn them over in your hands. It’s better for understanding, and it’s also more fun than anything that’s more mediated.
